The Service Provider does not warrant that the Service is completely error free or will operate without service loss or interruption nor does the Service Provider warrant any connection to or any transmission of the service.
The Service Provider makes no representation or warranty express or implied including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or as to the quality of the call. The undersigned hereby agrees to be responsible for payment of all applicable charges on the undersigned's detail report incurred as a result of the use of the account, including but not limited to the use or misuse by an unauthorized third party, or any error, accidental use or loss.
Users should safeguard this card or PIN against loss or theft. The Service Provider is not responsible for loss, theft or unauthorized use of card or PIN. Due to our verification process, all funds may not be available for immediate use. In no event will the Service Provider be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses or damages arising in any manner from the use of the Service. The Service Provider will not offer any refunds or reimbursements for the purchase price of the debit account. Card or PIN has no cash value and is non-refundable, unless defective. A payphone surcharge will apply.
Calls from Hawaii, Arkansas, Puerto Rico and Canada are subject to per-minute surcharges. International rates subject to change without notice, and international rates vary. Calls to international cell phones may be billed at higher rates. Cellular phone usage charges may apply. Usage rounded to the next full minute.
